- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Refund requests must be made within ten days of receiving your order.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.5000/= to ensure they are returned safely.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within five business days.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
